Refund policy

At Teadeus, we strive to provide you with the best products and services. If you wish to return an item, please follow the guidelines outlined below:

  1. We offer a 30-day refund policy for eligible returns. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receipt by writing to us on our Contact Us page, emailing us at cupcare@teadeus.com, or calling +1 844 - TEADEUS. You will be provided with a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for all returns.
  2. Please note that we do not accept returns without an RMA number, and items returned without one will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
  3. Return shipping charges will be covered by Teadeus only in the case of company error.
  4. To receive a full refund or credit, all returns must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Damages and Issues:

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us immediately at cupcare@teadeus.com. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue.
